Although the number of SCS in post at 31/3/2015 was 214, 238 staff in SCS roles over the year were eligible to be considered for an SCS bonus. 25% of staff who were eligible for consideration received a bonus. |

Payments for the most recent performance year have yet to be made. The 9 payments that have been made are staff who were previously Home Office staff so entitled to receive the Home Office award. The in-year performance payments include the payment of a corporate bonus to staff in delegated grades in July 2014 totalling £1.5m this payment relates to HMPO meeting corporate targets in financial year 2013/14. Additionally incentive payments of up to £800 were paid to HMPO staff who volunteered to work additional hours over a prolonged period of time over the summer of 2014. |
